We have been active in the field of online training since 2009 and are therefore among the online trainers of the first hour. Our online training is usually provided by our experienced VCT trainer Mario Domsel. In the field of online training, he can rely on concentrated know-how, which he has acquired both in the context of numerous face-to-face and online training. All in all, more than 2000 face-to-face and online trainings have been performed successfully in the last 20 years. He has created this together with his team and his experienced coaches and put it into practice - we were working for several well-known manufacturers, mainly from the automotive industry. However, our competence is by no means limited to this area. On behalf of the globally operating agency INTEA, we worked in various industries - in doing so we carried out both technical training and sales training. Our biggest project so far was the training of in-house classroom trainers to become online trainers, first for Ford Germany and then for Ford Europe. In doing so, the participants were made familiar with the implementation of digital training at a technical level as well as with the specifics of online training (in comparison to face-to-face training). Another major project in the area of online training, which covered a period of over 2.5 years, were numerous training sessions on the market launch of the telemetry technology "OnStar" for Opel.
