In the field of Automobile & Automotive Training we have successfully completed more than 2000 projects within the last 20 years - our first trainings were carried out at the point of sale in car dealerships as individual and team coaching. Since then, automotive training has been an integral part of our repertoire. A project in this area is a special technical training for salespeople whose goal is to explain the technology used in the car to the commercial employees in such a way that they can pass them on in an easily understandable form to the end customer, in order to promote sales. For this purpose, the sales staff is given a deeper understanding of topics such as driving the engine, transmission and drive control taught, but also installed in the vehicle "electronic helper" are not too short. In addition to the training of sales and after sales staff, the organization and execution of automobile launches is also one of our main focuses. On request, we will also conduct a mystery shopping test at the location of our clients before starting the training. Thus, the subsequent coaching measure can be individually designed and the strengths and weaknesses of individual employees can be taken into account. Our largest project so far in the automotive sector was the support of the Czech racetrack Autodrom Most. In 2.5 years, we have set up a sales structure for the German market and managed the German and English-speaking business as well as the end customers. From the translation of important documents such as contracts and press materials to the conclusion of cooperation with travel agencies to trade fair visits, we have taken all measures that have led to a significant increase in the reputation of the race track in German-speaking countries.
